좋은 타격을 위한 11계명

1.손을 강화시키면 스윙 속도가 빨라진다.(고무공을 누르거나 악력기를 사용하여 연습한다)

2.선천적으로 힘이 없다면 훈련으로 힘을 늘리고 유지해야 한다.(가벼운 웨이트 트레이닝이 효과적이다)

3.T배팅 연습을 한다.(가벼운 배트를 사용한다)

4.밀어치는 연습을 꾸준히 한다.(이때는 땅으로 굴리는 기분으로...)

5.평상시 하루에 약 5분 정도는 손에 배트를 들지 않았어도 스텝을 연습한다.(실전처럼 생각하고 중심을 뒷쪽발에 두고 연습한다)

6.스트라이크 존을 알려면 홈 플레이트 앞으로 선을 그어 연습한다.(이것은 타석에서 보기 쉽고 어떤 공을 칠 것인가를 결정하기 편하다)

7.연습시나 연습경기에서 공을 끝까지 보는 습관을 연습한다.(타격시 투수를 중심으로...)

8.경기때 혹은 배팅 연습때 우익수 또는 좌익수 쪽을 보아서는 안된다.(투수와 중견수 쪽을 중앙을 바라본다)

9.스텝에 문제가 있으면 배팅 연습때 뒤쪽으로 선을 그어 발 위치를 확인한다.

10.배팅 연습때 좋은 폼을 습관화 해야한다.(배팅 연습후 T배팅으로 마무리...)

11.실전시 손목만으로 타격하는 기분으로...(자신의 80~85% 힘으로 타격한다)
