Actually, I disagree. I spend a lot of time crteniag my own screen wallpapers, mostly for the purpose of screensavers. But I get better results by cropping the verticals, in a size suited to my screen. (presently on this laptop I am using 1024 X 768) then I adjust skin tones, highlights, and focus with Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo XI. Whereas just resizing a horizontal to fit your screen is likely to narrow or widen the perspective. |

Thanks so much ladies. I'm fnlieeg really good about my results I didn't even photoshop those pictures! Lisa, you asked whether I'd kept with the classes. No, I bid them goodbye in May 2010 due to overuse injuries (there's only so much lifting knees and arms up into the air that my 42 year old body could take). At that point, the only exercise I could do without pain was kettlebell swings. I did take a little break from FYM from July-Sept when I got pregnant, but that didn't work out so I really set my mind and body to it for the Fall Challenge. During the Challenge, I did ONLY 3 FYM style workouts (RT + Intervals) usually in the form of my own fitness class (I'm the instructor) using kettlebells for the RT part. The FYM system works. Period. I got my husband onto the eating program (and into kettlebells) as well and he'd qualify as a fityummydaddy now having lost well over 5% bodyfat since last November.Just believe in yourselves ladies and in the power of setting SMART goals. Then work the program. |
