변화구,체이지업 던질때 주의사항

<변화구를 던질 때 유의할 점>

1.가운뎃손가락, 엄지손가락에 힘을 가볍게 준다.
2.집게손가락을 공의 회전에 이용한다.
3.팔꿈치가 어깨와 평행하게 한다.
4.손목을 비틀어 준다.
5.아랫쪽을 강하게 끌어당긴다.
6.끝까지 폴로 드로우를 해준다.
7.공을 던지는 팔의 반대 방향으로 손과 팔을 가져간다.
8.팔이 자연스럽게 따라가 손으로 등을 칠 정도가 되도록 한다.
9.손목의 스냅을 이용한다.(공의 회전을 천천히 증가시킨다)
10.중심을 높게 잡는다.

<체인지 업을 던질 때 유의할 점>

1.체인지 업은 타자의 타이밍을 뺏는 것이 첫째 목표이다.
2.공을 쥐는 손가락 수를 2,3,4개 까지 이용할 수 있게한다.
3.손가락 끝을 공에서 떼고 손바닥 안쪽으로 잡는다.
4.체인지 업의 투구동작은 속구와 비슷하게 해야 효과가 크다.
5.체인지 업을 약하게 던진다는 생각을 버려야 한다.(투구동작을 늦추는 것은 가장 큰 실수이다)
